What is Car Detailing?
Car detailing is a comprehensive cleaning and restoration process that goes beyond a standard car wash to make a vehicle look immaculately clean, both inside and out. It involves a thorough cleaning, polishing, and waxing of the exterior to achieve a show-quality level of detail, as well as an intensive cleaning of the interior to remove any dirt, stains, and odors.
Do we need access to your appliances?
We require access to both a water source and an electrical outlet at the location of the service. These resources are essential for powering our equipment and ensuring we have a continuous supply of water necessary for various detailing processes, such as washing, rinsing, and steam cleaning. Having access to these facilities allows us to perform our services efficiently and effectively, ensuring your vehicle receives the utmost care and attention to detail it deserves, without compromising on the quality of our work.
Can you come to my work?
To ensure that we can provide you with the best mobile car detailing service, we require access to a water source and electrical power. These resources are essential for us to operate our equipment. Additionally, due to the nature of our service requirements, we are typically unable to conduct our detailing at workplace locations. We appreciate your understanding and are happy to discuss alternative arrangements to accommodate your needs.
Can you remove stains from my vehicle?
We sure can, just not all. Some stains in your vehicle may be completely imbedded in the surfaces of your vehicle, our top-of-the-line equipment may not be able to remove them. We'll review this upon inspection of your vehicle and let you know prior to commencing our service.
Bad Weather Conditions
In the event of bad weather, such as heavy rain or strong winds, our mobile car detailing services may need to be rescheduled to ensure the safety of our team and the quality of our work. While our weighted gazebo can withstand moderate rain, poor weather conditions will require us to postpone the appointment. However, if you have a garage or another form of shelter, we are happy to proceed with interior detailing packages as scheduled. We appreciate your understanding and will work with you to find the next available appointment that suits your schedule.
How do I make a payment?
For seamless transactions, we accept a variety of payment methods including bank transfers, invoices, debit or credit cards and cash. To secure your booking, we charge an initial $50 booking fee, which is then deducted from the total cost of your car detailing service. Rest assured, there are no hidden or additional charges. This straightforward approach to payments ensures that you can choose the most convenient option for you, making the process of investing in your vehicle's appearance and upkeep as hassle-free as possible.

Cancellations & Refunds
If you cancel more than 24 hours before your booking, you won't incur any cancellation fee. However, cancelling within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a cancellation fee of 25% of the booking price, with a maximum charge of $50.00, to compensate for the revenue lost during the reserved time slot.
Do we require water and power access?
Yes, to reduce the costs of our services we require a power outlet within 50m of the vehicle and a hose spigot within 25m. This will come at minimal expense to our customers.
Is there a Rescheduling fee?
Rescheduling is free of charge if done at least 24 hours prior to your initial booking. For more details, please refer to our Cancellation & Refund FAQ section above. Or see our refund policy at the footer of the page. Cancellations occurring within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a $20 fee to compensate for the lost time slot.
What if I'm not satisfied with the detailing job?
If you're not satisfied with our work, we'll review the photos taken before and after our detailing service. We'll then determine if we will issue a partial refund, full refund or re-detail at our expense.
